terms and conditions agreement  

● bookings are to be paid prior to lesson, 

There is no refund for booking time, if available there may be a chance for a make up lesson. 

●please give us atleast a 2 day heads up if you cannot make it so chances of a make up lesson are higher 

●no call no shows 2x will result in lesson price raising by $10 

●horses will be horses and being in a barn is at your own risk. Always be safe and slow around horses. Never run. Jump fast, yell or be loud. Horses pay attention to our every moment so it's important we pay attention as well. 

●velvet Rose training is not liable for any injuries, accidents deaths or falls that may occur. Everything done near the barn property or horses or in the time frame of lesson is at your own risk. We do go through safety instructions in the first lesson and frequently go over them. 

●parents are encouraged to stay and watch kids during lessons 

●helmets and boots with a heel are required for under 18 years old. We do have a couple helmets available if needed. 

●upon first lesson parents are required to sign a liability waiver for anyone who comes onto the property. 

●we do not offer a refund but in some cases make up lessons are available 

●velvet Rose training has the right to refuse service to anyone
